Terms of service
Short version of how Xagio Marketplace works between buyers, sellers and Xagio Inc.
The marketplace
Xagio Marketplace (marketplace.xagio.net) is operated by Xagio Inc. It lets sellers list rank & rent websites and buyers purchase them. Xagio is not a party to the sale itself; it provides the listing, the held payment and the arbitration described in the dispute policy.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. One person per account. Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before a listing can go live; Stripe's connected-account agreement applies to payouts, and Stripe issues any required tax forms (for example 1099-K in the US) directly.
Listings
Listings are free. Everything you enter must be true and provable. Verified data comes from tracking systems you connect; seller-reported fields are labelled as such. We may decline or remove a listing at any time. You may not list an asset you do not own or cannot transfer.
Fees
When a deal closes, a success fee (see pricing) plus the card processing cost is deducted from the seller's payout. Buyers pay the asking price only. Deals of $10,000 and above run through Escrow.com, whose fees are additional.
Payments and handover
The buyer's payment is held in Xagio's Stripe balance. The seller must complete the handover checklist by the deadline shown on the deal. The payout is transferred when the buyer confirms, or automatically 72 hours after the seller completes the checklist if the buyer neither confirms nor disputes. Disputes are decided under the dispute policy; that decision is final on the marketplace. Stripe pays sellers to their bank on Stripe's schedule; first payouts may be held briefly by Stripe's checks.
Prohibited
Circumventing the marketplace to avoid the fee after making contact here, false data, fake proof, using another person's payment method, and card chargebacks against an evidenced handover. Any of these can lead to suspension and forfeiture of the disputed amount to cover costs.
Liability
Xagio provides the marketplace as is. We do not guarantee future rankings, leads, revenue or renter behaviour of any asset sold. Our liability to you for anything arising from a deal is limited to the success fee earned on that deal.
Changes
We may update these terms and the fee schedule; changes apply to deals created after the change. Questions: support@xagio.net.
